Yes! I’m so glad you’d like to stay for a whole year!

To upgrade please go to your account page. Under the ‘Subscriptions’ tab, you should see the option to ‘Upgrade’. If you don’t see this for any reason, please let us know.

Your account will be pro-rated to take account of any time you have remaining on your current subscription period, so your annual payment may not be taken immediately. You will be told on the checkout page when payment will be taken.

Please note: that if you’re on the old “Inner Circle” founding membership, you won’t be able to access the annual upgrade after November 2021.  Please get in touch via email instead.

Ooops! Don’t worry, these things happen!  Your account won’t be cancelled until your payment fails 4 times.

  • If you pay by credit card and you know that your card details have changed then you can go to your account page, select the Subscriptions tab and you should see a link to ‘Update Billing Details’. Once you update your card details your payment will be processed immediately.
  • If you pay by PayPal please ensure that you have adequate funds in your account so that payment will go through when payment is tried again. Unfortunately, there is no way to change when PayPal will attempt to take payments, or to push the payment through earlier.

Payment will automatically be tried again by our payment processors 5 days after a failed payment, but you will lose access to The Lab by DNG until payment is successful.

If your subscription is cancelled due to failed payments, you’ll need to sign up with a new subscription if you would like to regain access to the The Lab by DNG.

Oh, I’m so sad to see you go! Cancelling your account is easy, simply go to your account page any time and select the Subscriptions tab. You will see an option saying ‘Cancel’ next to your current subscription.

Click on the link, then confirm that you really want to cancel and you’re all set. You’ll receive an email confirmation that the cancellation was successful.

Once you cancel your account you will retain access to The Lab by DNG until your current subscription period ends. Of course, you can rejoin The Lab by DNG anytime in the future, but your current rate won’t be locked in.

Uh oh, that’s annoying! Don’t worry, we’ll get to the bottom of this.

First, we need to make sure your subscription is current. Please go to your account page, select the subscriptions tab and check that your membership is active. 

If your subscription is active, then please log out of your account, clear your browser cache and then log back into your account.
